Making 'Always be an Up-stander' Movies by App Smashing with Stop Motion and iMovie in Year 3

In iMovie the audio string is always green and the movie and image strings are always above. The white line, called a Play Head is used for aligning and inserting to the strings. 

The students in Mrs Muraszko's class continued to use their skills with Stop Motion app to create short role plays of how to be an up-stander not a bystander to bullies. They then learned to export the movies directly from the Stop Motion app to the camera roll as a movie. As they worked in groups using one iPad they learned to use Air Drop to send the Stop Motion movie to all of their own devices for working on their iMovies individually. All students then learned how to create a new movie project in iMovie and import the Stop Motion video to the string. They then imported an image to be a title screen via a Google Advanced Search and finally added relevant theme music (seen as a green string above) to match the topic i.e. powerful, uplifting etc.
